THE RISE OF A NEW COUNTRY STAR

FROM 'DOWN-HOME, COUNTRY GIRL' TO HOUSEHOLD NAME

Her victory on the 2022 edition of TG4's long-running country music show GLÓR TÍRE saw Knockshegowna's AISHLING become a household name on the Irish country music scene.

However, before giving mentor MIKE DENVER his second title in a row - and his third show winner overall - Aishling was already well on her way to becoming one of the scene's brightest new stars.

With a string of hit singles claiming the #1 spot on the iTunes country chart in Ireland, not to mention racking up spins on radio nationwide, fans were falling fast for the crystal clear beauty of Ashling's voice - both on stage and on record - with the always easy-going warmth of her personality possessing a rare charm that's striking in its sincerity.

Now a household name amongst country music fans, the student of voice at the Irish World Academy in Limerick is among the most in-demand performers in the country, whether that's in the company of her musical side-kick Noel Ryan on the social-dancing circuit, or as a special guest at concerts, festivals, and events of all kinds.

Already in 2022, and on top of her Glór Tíre win, Aishling has reached the significant career milestones of releasing her official debut album - LOVE ME WHEN I'M OLD - and collected her first major award in country music, taking home the Big Tom Inspiration Award at the 10th Annual Hot Country TV Awards Concert.

And with a debut solo-performance at the famous University Concert Hall Limerick on the horizon in September, one thing is for certain: fans can't get enough of Irish country music's newest star.

And this is only the start of a career that promises plenty of exciting days and nights still to come!
